Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@jessietheestie.com with your order number and photos of the issue. While we do not accept returns, we may offer a resolution at our discretion for issues due to fulfillment errors or damage during shipping.
